From there, you can close the app, knowing that it will send you a notification every 20 minutes as a reminder to look away from your screen for about 20 seconds. This process is easy to follow and requires no complex setup or complicated steps.

If at any point you want the notifications to stop, simply open the app again and click "Stop". With Eyecare 20 20 20, you can take control of your eye health with ease.
